What is Mobile-CRM?

Activemedia Technology believe in the importance of being able to manage relationships with customers and a CRM system is the best way to do this. RaposNet™ is our very own CRM solution to this which enables the consumer to capture data, store information on sales, redemptions and analyze customer information.
An example of where M-CRM could be used
The consumer wants to offer its customers 10% off in store throughout the month of July through an environmentally friendly process. The consumer has a small budget and also want to capture information on the customers address, name and mobile number so in future, they can update customers on any new promotions.
Activemedia Technology begin by setting up an account for the consumer on RaposNet™ which enables customers to text in to receive the discount. The "text-in" deal is then advertised to the customer. (For example "Text your name and postcode to 566 to receive 10% off your next purchase"). The consumer is then instantly able to track in real-time how many customers text-in to receive the coupon from a computer anywhere in the world with an internet connection.

How the coupon is recieved and redeemed by the customer
The customer text's in to receive a mobile coupon and a unique pin number to their phone. Upon visting the store, the customer presents the mobile coupon to recieve the discount. The mobile coupon which is in the form of a barcode or a pin number is then scanned or entered into the system now making the ticket redeemed and invalid. Raposnet™ captures data on how many tickets are redeemed in store and can even track which customers did not redeemed their tickets.

With M-CRM, the consumer now has a database of customers and can use this data (which can include details such as the customers name, address and mobile number) for future campaigns or to simply monitor redemption numbers. Importantly, the consumer has found a cheaper and faster alternative to paper coupons.
