What a mobile ticket looks like

What is a mobile ticket?

A mobile ticket is a generated and delivered when a customer purchases a ticket for an event or concert. Instead of recieving a physical paper ticket in the post, a unique barcode and pin number is sent to their mobile phone. On entering the event, the barcode is then scanned from the mobile phone by a PDA which records each unique ticket to allow entry. The ticket redemption can then be tracked through our Rapos™ CRM system.

Customers text "cinema" to the number "241" and in turn receive a unique pin number which enables them to a free cinema ticket. Other clients include Festival Promoters, Famous Brands and Nightclubs. Offering customers incentives via mobile ticketing is an inexpensive effective method of capturing data from customers as well as offering discounts and other entitlements.
